Requirements for the Associates Degree
Community Christian College is in the process of converting from quarter units to semester units. We expect the process to be implemented by Spring 2018. To date, all courses showing as 4.5 quarter units (which are almost all courses) are equal to 3 semester units. Both Fall and Winter 2018 quarters are very close to the length of a typical Fall and Spring semester.
Community Christian College confers the Associates upon those candidates who have satisfied the following course requirements by earning a total of 90 quarter or 60 semester credits (at least 60 quarter credits or 30 semester credits of which must be from Community Christian College courses), with a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher. All courses must be passed with a grade of D- or higher to count as credit towards “graduation.”
CAVEAT: Some courses listed are electives and may be substituted. Please see the catalog for details. All others are required for the Associates degree.
