CCC Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is in charge of all student records and files. Any changes in the classes you are taking or your affiliation with the College must be processed through this office.

What you need:
To be able to download and print out your Add, Drop, or Transcript Request Form, you need the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or later) available from Adobe Systems Inc. Click on the link, download and install Acrobat Reader on your system, then download the Add, Drop, or Transcript Request Form. If this process is unfamiliar to you, please see "How to Download" section below.

Guide for the Transcript Request Form

  • State your current name and complete address.
  • Give the name under which you attended Community Christian College, if different from your current name.
  • Please indicate if you are currently enrolled, and if you wish your transcript request to be held for current quarter grades, or degree conferral.
  • Indicate the type of transcript you require: student copy, official transcript to be sent to you in a sealed envelope, or official transcript to be sent directly to a third party. If the transcript is for third party use, please provide the complete address of the person or institution.
  • Please indicate the number of copies of your transcript you are requesting.
  • Please be sure to sign your request.
  • Transcript requests from anyone other than the student will not be honored.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your transcript request to be processed after approval from the Business Office has been received.
  • The first two transcript requests are free. The fee for each transcript after that is $2.00.
  • Transcripts are sent by first class mail. Community Christian College assumes no responsibility for final delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Unfulfilled obligations to the CCC Business Office will prevent the release of your transcript.
  • Faxed transcript requests are not accepted.
  • Transcript requests via telephone are not accepted.

How to Download the Acrobat Reader
Step 1:

  • Select Language = English
  • Choose a Platform = indicate the operating system on your computer, (i.e. Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows 95, etc.)
Step 2:
  • Click on the red Download button.
  • A Save box appears. Select a folder on your computer to download the file to.
  • Once the file has downloaded, go to the folder and double click on the executable file.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader will install on your computer.
  • When it has finished, choose to restart the computer.
